STARTUP CONNECT EVENT

The One Hundred for One Hundred Congressional Black Caucus Week Startup Connect Event
Sept. 8-9, 2024

The One Hundred for One Hundred Foundation was born from a powerful partnership between leaders from the Black Meta Agency and the Nex Cubed HBCU Founders Accelerator. Both organizations bring proven track records in empowering diverse communities and accelerating startup success. This collaboration leverages years of experience creating pathways for marginalized individuals to thrive in the tech industry, combining grassroots community engagement with high-level startup acceleration expertise.

At the intersection of innovation and opportunity, The One Hundred for One Hundred Foundation stands as a beacon of transformative change in the tech landscape. Our mission is clear: to connect visionary founders with equally visionary funders, catalyzing a new era of technological advancement and economic growth. We're not merely discussing change; we're actively engineering it, turning potential into tangible reality.

Startup Connect Vision

We envision a future where brilliant minds from all backgrounds have equal opportunities to build world-changing companies. By unlocking capital, resources, and powerful networks for underrepresented founders, we're not just leveling the playing field - we're expanding it exponentially. This initiative goes beyond fairness; it's about unleashing the vast untapped potential that exists within diverse communities.

Creating a more inclusive and prosperous future.

Research consistently shows that diverse teams outperform homogeneous ones, bringing fresh perspectives that fuel breakthrough innovations. By backing these underrepresented founders, we're opening doors to new markets, novel solutions, and explosive growth opportunities that benefit the entire tech ecosystem.

We invite you to join us in architecting a tech landscape where talent and ideas flourish without restriction. Together, we're driving unprecedented innovation and creating wealth across all communities. Our goal is not just to change the face of entrepreneurship - we're supercharging the entire economy, paving the way for a more inclusive and prosperous future.
